The first light 

so radiant in its beauty—

even the sun

fades

into shadow. 

Above,

n a sky full of love,

it shines

with purity,

with grace. 

And I fall—

helpless—

into its glow.

Its brilliance burns

within my heart,

impossible to resist. 

Now

it fills

the world. 

But like my beloved

turning away,

that light

vanishes. 

And Love—

Love becomes

an arrow,

aimed at

my brief life.
